Here, You can request for your character to have special items and / or abilities. Be sure to give a detailed description of how/where they'd have gotten this from. Don't ask for anything obviously impossible to have or be able to do.
Example: Don't request to have an RPG and Rockets, as this'd be way too OP and will get denied. But you CAN request a much weaker explosive device, that you made yourself (Somehow, Explain how) that'd work at a much weaker state.
